We’re just as excited as you are for your little one’s new outfits! Here’s how our shipping process works.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Options & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping (Pan-India): 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹2000.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.


5. Delays

  • We work hard to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or unforeseen events.

  • We are not liable for such delays, but we’ll assist in tracking and resolving them with the courier.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
