Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹2000.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
5. Delays

We work hard to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or unforeseen events.

We are not liable for such delays, but we’ll assist in tracking and resolving them with the courier.
6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
